This blog is both a personal and business blog written and edited by Chic Baby! bloggers and guest bloggers.  The blog serves to compliment Chic Baby! business, but opinions and blog posts are based on personal experiences.  For questions about this blog, please contact us.

We do accept forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation.  While it is not a large part of Chic Baby! at this time, it is a possibility in the future.  But compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. All advertising is in the form of advertisements generated by a third party ad network. Those advertisements will be identified as paid advertisements.

At this time, the owner(s) of this blog is not compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the blog owners. If we claim or appear to be experts on a certain topic or product or service area, we will only endorse products or services that we believe, based on our expertise, are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.

Registration Policy

By registering for an educational service, you agree to understanding that the information provided is for educational purposes only. The information provided is to help you make informed decisions and implementation of any information is voluntary. We cannot guarantee that learned material will provide exact results. However, we are more than happy to answer any further questions and provide additional consultations or explanations if you are not satisfied. Our goal is to make sure that you are comfortable and understand how to incorporate topics into your lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy

Because workshops will still be held despite a small number of participants, all services are nonrefundable, but they can be gifted or rescheduled if there is a 48-hour notice.  If a workshop is not canceled by client before 48-hours of workshop date, then client still has ability to obtain the workshop materials (if applicable) but no refund will be granted.  If, on the rare occasion, a workshop or training has to be canceled on our part, clients have the ability to reschedule or request a refund that will be issued within 14 business days.

Missed Class Policy

If you miss any scheduled Baby Signs® Sign, Say, & Play® class, you have the ability to make it up with any other scheduled SSP® class that we offer or through another Independent Certified Instructor who accepts make-ups.  If this happens, we can make a referral.  Communication is key to ensure you get the best experience!  But any other missed workshop or training will not be refunded if there was no 48-hour notice.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to change fees and prices at our discretion, especially when any class or workshop is hosted at a location that requires a higher registration fee.  These prices will be displayed and available to see publicly.

Returns Policy

Baby Signs® Products

At this time, there are no returns for Baby Signs® products unless the product is defective.  If you have an unopened product that you would like to exchange for a similar price, we will do our best to accommodate if a similar priced item is in stock.  If not, we do charge for shipping a different product.

Custom Products

Because of the time and effort put into custom products, like the Chic Baby! Nursing Covers, no returns will be issued unless there is a mistake on our part.  However, we will do our best to remedy the issue.  Please contact us right away so we can discuss options.  It never hurts to ask!

Privacy Policy

Everyone’s privacy is VERY important to us and your information will not be shared with anyone under any circumstance.  And because we value privacy, most location addresses will not be shared until payment is received and registration is confirmed. This protects hosts, participants, and our families.  And while we often use our families and acquaintances in blog posts, names may be changed or omitted to protect privacy.

Communication Policy

We take communication very seriously at Chic Baby! We will do our best to respond as quickly as we can and to communicate effectively.   But please allow us up to 2 business days to respond and if we have not responded, try a different mode of communication.   Sometimes emails get filtered through spam folders.  So besides email, we can be found on Facebook & Twitter so we are very accessible.  Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
